    My sister had no end of problems with them, the story goes...... She went to them, could decide what phone to get, the highly recommended her a phone (forget what one), so she took out a contact with them had the phone a few months later it broke, she took it back n they sent it away to be fixed, it retuned exactly the same as it was sent, they sent it off again to be told it can't be fixed so gave her a new one. Month or so later that one broke, she went back to them to get it sorted and complain the phone was useless as it keeps breaking and wantin somethin different... She was told she coul

    I had this last year, went up a few hundred, this year they tried stinging me for £150 more, got it down with some callin around and as a bonus got a load of extras for free :-)

    I'd recommend gettin loads of those silicone packets u get with new shoes n stuff n leave em dotted around the interior, will soak any moisture

    Just for the sake of adding more info to the thread GSF could suply a 3 pin one off the shelf or could order in a 6 pin whereas mines a 4 pin...... is a 4 pin normal?
