    Yes did my own design saved it as JPG to a flash drive. My m8 owns a printers and sorted it for £15 that includes the t-shirt. So I am happy enough with it but the wife keeps taken the piss. ;( But tells all my friends "I Think I will get a VW tattoo to my forehead and he might just show me half the attention he does that F-ing Car" As long as she knows were she stands

    If you class three stunning daughters as being on the lockdown then yes matey lol If you work out maintenance on thos three I couldnt afford to leave her. I mean how would I even afford to run a vr6 if she was getting all my wage let alone run it to a track day So just let her think she is the boss its cheaper

    Good luck with it all fella I really hope it works out for you mate. Hopefully I will be needing a remap soon if I can talk the wife into letting me have some forced induction and cams lol. But all the best with the future develpment of your company. Dave

    Just had her checked by my mechanic. Starter motor is shot so need to come up with on the bay. Cheers for all the responses fellas.

    Right now the rain has stopped I have been out to try again and the aux pump is still on constantly but now I am getting a buzzing noise from the throttle body?? I am at a complete loss ere

    I took the aux water pump out and stripped it all down. There w\s plenty of metal flakes and other foreign bodys in there. Cleaned the motor out cleared it of filings and dust. Sprayed all with WD then reconstructed. Fitted it to the motor was running fine. Then refitted all pipework and tried to start still nothing but now the aux pump wont knock off its running constantly. Like you said I get a single click under the hood. I turn the key nothing then about 5 secs later it clicks????? Any input much appreciated would vagcom be worth while or not?

    Alright fellas popped out tonight with the Mrs for a meal and that. (Trying to persuade her to let me have new cams). Tried to start the car when she was left in gear. So she jumped forward then off with the ignition and tried again. Nothing all lights on but not even trying to start. She started with a bump start but nothing on the key. There is a strange noise coming from the cylinder behind the dizzy like thing. Excuse the ignorance boys.

    I know lol people will be askin had you got your specs on cos they look nothing alike ........... and it was you who put the link up to my car so you clearly have seen them both I cant understand how he could ask that sort of money then remove all the nice bits lol I think his best bit is let her run on ebay I know I had a bargain but still. I hate to put any fellow VR driver down but the better option would be 12 months test at least. Cheers for the plug about my rims aswell chap

    I baught my first VR from kent lol it was a dusky Mauve 5 door aswell and I loved it to bits mate rebuilt the engine in jan and had her written off a week after :-( gutted ........ But yours looks clean an awesome colour when clayed and polished anyways good to see you and keep up the pics in the future.
