im wanting my top tensioner changing for the timing chains, but i am having difficult to find any one to do it, any one in the west yorkshire area willing to do it , also if any one knows any garage which will please send me their number thanks.

might be fuel in the exhaust could be overfueling or just dumping the fuel?

well firstly you should give it a good full service the carr should respond to this and they are many more but this option should be taken first

hi ive just recived my janspeed coilovers for my golf mk3 vr6 highline i would like to lower the front 35mm and the rear 30mm i would like to know can i lower them to this height and put them on the car or do i have to put them on the car and work from there and also how do i measure by how much i lower them thanks is there like each time a turn it with a c -spanner specific amount of mm it will lower thanks.

if your going to chain the tensioner you might aswell do the chains at the same time as it will leave you rest assured if they do go it could be a costly job as you should know.

what mileage is the car on? because timing changes on the vr6 are pretty solid

the vr6 whines sometimes when a try to start the car it wont start and when i try the second time it starts what could be the problem this is not a problem if the engine is cold but when the engine is warm it mostly happens ant ideas on whats causing it.

im in need of a obd2 engine which runs air con is there any where i can get one from which is in good nick?
