    Hi, I'm near Leicester and I've got a fault code rerder. I'm sure it fits a OBD1 Or you can gegt them off of ebay for around £35 delivered Mark

    Thanks guys, I'll check the engine code. The guys was helpfull and I reckon if I sort the ABS light and fit a temp cat he'll pass it.

    HI, Just had my VR with Z Engineering MOT'ed and it's failed..... It's failed on Lower arms and brake pipes which is not that bad but it's also failed on emissions as the Cat has been removed. !!!!!! They also noticed the ABS light does not work. I've just checked it and found out that the bulb has been cut as the light is on constantly !!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone that a spare Cat for a P reg VR ??? who's near Licester that i could buy or borrow to get mine through the MOT. ??? Thanks, Mark

    I assume the normal accessory drive belt is a standard one or is it different ? Thanks, Mark

    I think the belt is a grooved belt and not a toothed belt. I'll double check but I'm sure it's a grooved belt (like the normal accessory drive belt). Mark

    I've had a look today and the noise has quietened down especially when hot. I can only hear a squeal when I rev the car and it's not as load as before. I'll try it again when it's cold Thanks Mark

    Hi, I think I know the answer to this but I wanted to get some feedback first. I've got a VR S/C Z engineering charger fitted. I've not drove the car for around 6 weeks. I told it out for a spin today and noticed that there's a squeal from the drive belt area when I accelerate. It seems to be fine when the engine is idling. I've given the belt/pulley near the fuel rail a quick spray with WD40 and the noise seemed to stop but after about 30 seconds it came back again, I've read the posts on the tensioner replacement but I'm not sure if it's fitted on mine due to the S/C.
