[Swapping Standard Exhaust Manifold for Raceland Stainless]

are these worth fitting how much bhp can you gain with them?

hi guys i,ve just got vr6 obd1 engined mk2 and it has the centre consul with the 3 guages in only the volts one is working i,ve had a look and the other 2 are connected but don,t work when i swapped the wires round the temp one started to work slightly but the oil temp on my clocks was reading low, has anybody got these guages in a mk? any help appreciated cheers

mine does the very same goes away above 2500 rpm and gets slightly quieter when warm , its quiet annoying such a nice engine can be so noisy and mine just had a rebuild 3000 miles ago too
