    Nice. Very nice. All the best cars look good in black. Saw a Maybach on M6 today in black, it was followed by a Porsche Carrera S, followed by a Vauxhall Corsa. All black all looked good. Did i mention they were black?

    That looks proper. Not sure it's windsor blue cus mine is and it doesn't go so purple. Maybe if i cleaned it.

    I have soldered a socket in & now neither chip works. Whats the print?

    Ive got Koni's too & know what you mean. The rear looks spot on but the front is too high. I know that Jom do a lowering spring cap which lowers 10-15mm for £20 a pair. If you can get a top mount that lowers like the Bonrath you mentioned combined with the spring cap it might sort it?

    Got some in.pro smoked headlamps for my golf only to find that they are mainbeam only. Anyone know if these are plug & play or will i need to make adjustments to get these to work? They didn't come with bulbs... will i need dual filament bulbs?

    Only changed the chip' date=' Not ecu. My car is 94 so guess it's obd1. Didn't think that obd2 got any gains from being chipped.

    Not sure, The old one & new one both had a little notch cut out at one end so I assumed they go on the same way.

    I got a chip through a friend. Was originally purchased from ChippedUK. I've fitted the chip myself & now my car wont start. When the ignition is on a buzzing noise sounds. The starter motor turns but it wont fire up. I'm guessing that there might be an issue with the immobiliser. Anyone know where i've gone wrong?

    Yes mate i thought that might be the case. Im loving the ride of the koni's but aesthetically it doesn't beat coilovers. Im gonna stick with it for now but i will be back down to terra firma sometime soon.

    Looking good Al. How are you finding the drive now you've gone from 17" to 16"? Any better? I'm thinking of going the opposite way now having taken my coilovers off & raised it with -40mm Koni/Eibach setup. I wanna fill my arches with 17's but not if it compromises handling.

    I heard that you can get a PCD bolt set that does this. Does anyone know if this right? Thanks.
