My VR had the same problem it turned out to be the pipes from the sunroof, my old MK2 had the same problem and that was the rear light seat, so I cleaned it up and siliconed it in, that cured it.

As they say theres drivers and screwdrivers, which one are you...LOL Did it myself 2 month ago in my van, but I got bull bars on the front so only damaged the other car, that needed a new rear bumper. Easily done, only a lapse for a second and then it's too late to stop. Least it wasn't the golf.

Apparently in the future (could be 2012) F1 cars are to be diesel powered :^) Before WW1 a car was invented which ran on water, well probally a steam car that had performance far greater than any thing mad to that date, it was ment to be in performance terms simular to a DB7 Aston Martin, but it had it's pattent bought by a oil company and they just put a lid on it so they could sell their oil/petrol. In the 60's a chemical was invented and made into a tablet form that when mixed with the correct amount of water could be used to power a petrol engined car, this too was bought by an oil compan

Thats a neat set up Absy, looks good and you keep a practical boot space. I never saw the need to fill the boot with subs and amps, some people fill the back seats with subs too .... as they say NO NEED.
