    lookin at gettin some cams for my vr should be getin a new head flowed adn stuff.... so wanna put some cams into, seen schrick ones for about £600 from stealth but is there anyothers i shuld look at or are these the best for the vr ?? tony

    stright foward mate real easy to do, just pull the old chin spolier off adn push new one on adn take the wheel off adn undo the screws for the wheel arch liner adn remove it adn fit the new one .... pieice of pi55

    well ive done it, soudns real nice, depends wot system u already got and bhp incerase ur looking aounr 10 to 15 ish ... as for the cat u and just unbolt it and bolt it back in when eva u want

    i had that and it wasn my exhaust box knockin a wee adjustment sorted it out, u still got the rattle ??

    wot kinda noise is it makin hun ??? rattle or squeek ??? only thing that is on the drives side is the aux drive belt .... mite be tensnor or alternator bearing ???

    ive looked in to this, and it ok to do if u can get a righthand drive turbo kit, most come as left hind drive but there are a few places that do the correct main and turbo ... just need to look hard, u doin it ur self or payin some one to do it ?

    well a main daeler is about £1500 ish, but if u go for a no main dealer make suer they know the vr engine quite well ... most garages wont touch them as they are scared of them lol ... not me thou lol
