    use high temp paint mate as the inlet gets very warm and normal paint will start to bouble in time.

    im going to look into getting my hians done soon just out o peace of mind. wheres the best place to go? also how much is it? i live in the west middlands (walsall way) any help would be great.

    i see, i think they have to say about it so when you have it done if anything like that happens there backs are covered so you carnt have ago at them or try to make them get it sorted.

    oh right i was told the paint may crack but my mate had his done and everything went fine with no cracking.

    i want to get my arches rolled, but i was told its not possible on the front because of the holes for the plastic trims that were on the OBDI models? i was told this but these guys http://www.archenemy.co.uk/ so i was just wondering if anybody has been told the same? thanks

    hi all i got some strut tops off binliner the weekend and i was just wondering how to fit them? i used a socket on the bolt and it just turned the strut top round and the bolt didnt loosen. how do you fit these please. thanks saichy

    well when you look at it like that it can be a good tool, will come in handy if theres a bolt on your car you carnt undo that thing will get it of without messing about.

    how long of a wrench do you want?? i suppose its eaier to get things un-done with the extra leaverage. ive done it now got a 36mm socket from halfords, so got all new fresh oil and a filter my VR is sounding nice and sweet again

    its bigger than a 29mm ive got a 32mm and that doesnt fit, i think its going to be more like a 36mm.

    hi all im just doing an oil and filter change, but i realised i dont know how to get the filter out. ive un-screwed the metal plug and drained the oil, but how do i get the big cap off? what do i need to do it? socket if so what mm? anything else. hope someone can help cuz im going to E38 tomorrow and want it done today. thanks saichy
