    Ok this is what happens. VR6 Engine cold, left overnight etc. I come out to use it and it takes a little longer to start and then when it does it last a few seconds before it cuts out. If I keep my foot on the accelerator (say half way down) it revs a bit and then cuts out. The only way I can keep it from stalling is by constantly blipping the throttle (on, off, on, off etc). Even then it doesn't rev as much as it should. This will carry on until it gets warm. When the car does get up to running temp it's fine, runs like a dream! Although it has done its cut out routine today when left idling

    A few questions. I appear to have a faulty ISV and VW are useless in trying to find me a price for one! Is the Golf VR6 ISV the same as the Corrado VR6? (I have a Corrado) Does anyone have the part number for the ISV Some people mention an Idle Control Valve (as opposed to stabilisation valve), are these the same thing with different names? Cheers!
