  4. Hi All we have put the new graph for stage one on our website, we just want to get an idea if people would like to do self install on the rotrex kits ie. get a charger and a bracket and fit yourself?
  5. The Standard lump will need uprating depending on boost pressures that you wish to run. Forged pistons are always an advantage - also uprated rods would be an advantage if you intend on running 18 psi upwards. The only kits that i have seen running stock internals are the low pressure 7 - 12psi kits. The problem that you have to watch out for is the thrust pressure when the turbo comes on boost (this can cause piston ring problems and bend conrods) and charge temps. You can get compression plates in different sizes depending on boost pressure that you wish to run 1.5mm thick will run up to

    200bhp

Have you had you car on the rolling road already ? As a few cars on obd 2 with a cat bypass make 200bhp and some extra advance ign timing after maximum torque ie between 4700rpm-6500rpm.
  7. nice of you to comment considering you have never used Storm D - Matt H is a very unorthodox charecter in my opinion and is a liar in my opinion - i would challenge him directly about his concerns but unfortunatly - we were never given that oppotunity. Matt never called us to say he was unhappy - we even gave him a weeks credit. we replaced several parts free of charge. He is not a vr6 "expert" as he claimed. Also we don't any arse rapeing were not into that - you must have us confused with .......
  8. abit confused psi goes up if you have heat expansion so i would check your charge temps ! 8 psi pullies shouldn't be producing 10 pound of boost unless the charge temps are hot!
  9. Hi guys Thanks for your comments. It was nice to meet you all finally - on a well organised day well done (vdubgirl). Just to keep you all in the loop we have made some mods to our stage one kit and decided it will be 300bhp as the 280 bhp was achieved by choking the inlet to the charger which we feel is unnecessary. we put our stage one (corrado) kit on stealths rollers today and the car made 307 bhp with perfect fueling on standard obd1 management. we will have prices for you all soon; if anyone would like to see the graph please drop me a pm i will see what i can do! Cheers Andy
