i was wondering if anyone knows if the standard headlights come in a smoked version. i think ive seen them b4 but couldnt b sure. thanx and happy new year to u all

thanx 4 the help ppl, think i found the prob after looking through some other topics, i poped the bonnet last nyt after scaring ppl with the loud backfireing(was funny) 2 c wot i could c and saw the little blue sparks were the coil pack is arcing, so will b in the garage sorting it 2moro nyt instead of bein in the pub,lol thanx again

I recently had the same problem, I found that hitting an old socket(think was 15mm) over the head of the allen bolt then using a long t-bar to crack them off, worked very well. Although b prepared 2 loose skin,lol. Then went to my local bolt dealer n got some ordinary bolts(not hex 1's) for 50p, job a good un. hope this helped.

yeh checked the connections n all seems as it should, just happens intermitantly, which is wot i found odd.

hi people, slight prob could do wit some help on. Just fitted a K&N 57i on my 97 vr6, all went together a treat, looks brill n sounds it too. But now i get a hell of a crack/ pop/ backfire from the engine and lack of power on occations. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appriciated. thanx martin
