    i had my vr6 windscreen replaced by autoglas a few years back. just have to wait a few hours before can drive due to the airbags fitted. then drove in the rain and water pouring in from the bottom of the creen all over top of dash blowin up my tomtom. called them and they very apologetic. they came and took windscreen out, replaced all of the silicone and was then about to leave. I mentioned my tomtom and he none the wiser in fact he was a complete arse. not lettin him go phone his office and they say not there prob. after a few stern phone calls and explaining that if fitted correctly in the

    there used to be a few un-marked vr6's both golf and vento that used to be around watford area. most of golf's highline's lucky sod's. saw a couple of each tucked away in corner of yard at watford police station whilst doin work there. also saw quite a few in london. the sound of vr on song through london nothing like it.

    Hi, spoke to you over weekend ouitside your house i heard you goin up road on sunday and it was loud but not that muchi had twin pipe Remus on my VR6 and that made lovely boomin sound people around your village should now how loud it was as my girl friends mum lives few doors away from you. but if want quieter check that middle box not been taken if so put it back that will quieten it down a bit

    Deleting people cos they not posted for 2 months is a bit strong. I registered when i had GTI before moving up to a VR6 when funds permitted. I had to sell my beloved VR6 when lost my job but stayed in VW family with 2 polo's. Just got another GTI and am saving towards another VR6. Yes those that hav e not been on or posted for a while could be deleted but i was without access to net for good 6 months so to have tride to log back on abd had been deleted would not have pleased me and would have prob not bothered with the site again just my thoughts on it anyway.

    funny that this come up as got stopped 2 days ago for using handsfree on phone as he thought i was listening to music. tosser. he told me that my plates not correct ie wrong script, vw motorsport down side, border round letters, vr6 at bottom, german surround, not e-marked and then in the next breath he looking round car saying that it was in good nick, looked good asked what i had planned for it and then saying that no one builds cars like the germans anymore. this took up half my lunch hour so not happy, so left him with a nice smile whilst muttering wanker under my breath. i know few people
