  1. As the problem seemed to be with your idleing I suggest it was the throttle body that needed adapting again' date=' by turning the ignition on a leaving it for 5 minutes or so, would have heard the throttle body making noises while it was adapting.

I wondered what that noise was when I replaced my battery :)

Either the throttle body or the aux water pump would make a noise when reconnecting the battery.

  2. Seems to be a common problem the rear right sensor going, ive had the sensor replaced twice but this time for the MOT I replaced the ABS pump and ECU and my ABS is all sorted now. I think the connection with the ECU must get fragile after a while on a particular pin or something to cause the common rear right sensor problem.

BTW I got my pump/ECU from eBay for £2.99 ;-)

  3. I put in about £45 a week and that gets me between 250 - 270 miles but that is mostly motorway driving.

The problem with anything that increases power is that it in itself wont change MPG by much if anything but the fact you have more power under your right foot you are going to use it! I say go for it if you can afford it.

  4. I've just found that out' date=' £188 (inc vat but not p&p LOL) for 1 dish (major ouch)

I hope that's stainless for that price!

I got quoted £150 a dish for my RH's in stainless from JustMatz, needless to say ive stuck with what ive got at the moment. LOL

Do you need all 4 dishes? Can they not be refurbed?
