  1. [quote name=1990

This is the one i got off you Pete' date=' i was going to mod it like the EIP ones and stick it on the mk2.

Anyway i'm going to do the same now but for the mk3 so need an obd2 inlet manifold.

Do you remember the sizes of the throttle body fittments on each one?

Your entire management system will need uprating if this is the case.

An entire OBD2 Management system is like rocking horse shit at the moment. I know, I'm after one.

  2. Any ideas how much this costs or if it can be done? I found a second hand one that looks like it needs a re-con' date=' and has no other bits included. Any ideas how much this stuff costs? Trying to work out if its worth it. [/quote']

Try getting in touch with Nic Saran Racing and asking them.

The Z-engineering Charger was an enclosed unit i.e the Oil and internals can't get dirty because there is nowhere for any shit to get in. The actual construction was pretty much a bulletproof design anyway. I would be very suprised if there's anything wrong with it.

If it's a bit noisy, don't worry about it. My friend has one on his Mk2 VR6 and his makes a right row. Sounds the bollocks on full chat though.

    What other stuff is missing?

  3. welcome to the forum mr evil dude!

nice car (not sure about the engine bay colour though ;))

    The engine colour has changed.(below)

Admittedly.. the red was VERY gay.

The new colour won't be to everyone's taste I know. Yellow samcos coming soon too. I spend all my money on the engine/transmission so I wanted the bay to stand out!

  4. WE fitted it originally to overcome what we thought was a fueling problem with the Charger software..

turns out it was something completely different.

Apparently it's best to tweak the valve on a set of rollers. It basically just increases/decreases the fuel pressure with the turn of a screw. You could definately make a difference to the running of the block, but again it really needs to be set-up on a set of rollers to get the optimum setting. As you can see, I've still got a few bits and pieces to be fitted this year, so once it's all in and I go and get it set up I'll be able to give a better picture of how good/bad it is.

Mine only cost £20 so I didn't see any reason not to have it.

  5. Hello everyone.
