    I just disconnected the battery again and it worked after i reconnected it!!

    It is just the standard fit one! It has volkswagen written on the keyfob!!

    Had my battery disconnected today to do some work now the keyfob for the alarm won't do anything. It is the alarm that has the keyfob with the 2 buttons and the switch on the side Anybody know how to reset it!!??? [ Edited ]

    Sussed it! Took the head unit to my garage and it followed me!!

    Removed my standard head unit but now I have a constant high pitched beeeping noise in the car and it makes it impossible to sit in there!! How do I get rid of it??????

    My tt rims don't rub at all and mine is pretty low and no archwork done!! Just my 2p

    Yep thought it was weird cause i thought the tailagates were galvanised or something!! Cost £400 all in!! Good luck finding a new ride Binliner!

    Had my car in the body shop to get the dreaded tailgate rot sorted and both therear wheel arches tidied up and this is the results!! Usually run on TT rims like binliners but the dreaded winter has set in up here in sunny Aberdeen!! [ Edited ]

    Think I can add one? The plastic vr6 logo'd door strips when you open the doors? isnt the trim that goes up the windscreen pillor on the inside black on the highline and white on other vr s / Think i can add another.!! Black trim on the pillars inside the car!! I beleive this is exclusive to highlines!

    Has your car had a new screen as some fitters use metallic objects to remove the old one and scratch the surround which rusts eventually and lets in the H20!! Just a thought!!

    Mine did this and I complained in a very arrogant manner only to be told to go and look at my colour concept as it will be the same!! I had to eat humble pie and say sorry when i called back. Both my VR and cocept have a gap but the VRs is much larger. This is totally normal and nothing to worry about

    I would think a garage would be your best bet as it only took my garage 1/2 an hr to fix! And six appeal i don't know what caused it to go but the car had been standing still with the engine running before i set off only to find my gears were all to pot but seems good now!!

    Got the linkage adjusted for £20 and all is well again with the balck tarmac terrorist!!

    Gear selection went all to pot today and i had no reverse gear and first is where reverse is and second is below it in a new position and i have at least three third gears so it was straight to the garage with it and the said it will be some bush or other but i will keep you lot posted!!
