    ok got it done........... holy sh*t, i like loud but this thing sounds like a superbike with a race can on!!!!! got to live with it for a few days then decide if i need a box putting in ? to be honest i think to police might decide for me. anyone thinking of doing this be warned it is deafening, must be twice as loud as the bmw 325i that i did the same thing to !!! cant remember if they get louder or quieter as they bed in ???

    sorry no i have no idea ? i had already brought mine and had it delivered to the bodyshop before seeing it. they werent impressed at all and i have had to leave my bonnett with them ! going to be expensive

    while not slagging venom off as i use them and have recieved excellent service and prices, i wouldnt recomend the metal weld on badboy from them. its like tinfoil, has no round leading edge (needs to be made up from filler ) and isnt a good fit. just thought i would let people know. once again its just this part, i still recomend venom

    ok just been for a qoute.... to fit the backbox that i supply, and basically make a pipe up to the cat and make a removable decat pipe, so no silencers just tubeing i was qouted £200 ??? what do you guys think ????

    hey so many replies thanks alot guys, i just wanted to check really. when i did this to the bmw it didnt make much difference to the performance but it seemed to use more petrol, but hey everything comes at a price like lowered cars and speed humps :? incidentally the bacbox i brought was a remus stainless of ebay, brand new delivered for £160 i think its like vdubgirls.

    thanks for the replies guys. i dont think i have explained myself very well what i want to do is decat and then have no silencers at all except the backbox, so it will be completely straight through with only a backbox

    ok before we start, I LIKE LOUD i have a hole in my centre 'suitcase' so want to replace the whole system but want to know what my idea will do to my car ? ok i have bought a remus back box and am thinking of getting someone to make me a pipe up straight from the cat to the backbox. (i had this done on a 325i bmw sounded nice) i am also hoping to get the cat removed but made replaceable for mot time. will doing this cause any running problems or loss of power/torque ? your thoughts are welcome and yes i know it will be loud thanks in advance

    evil, are you going to share ? just took mine apart and took the centres in to be sprayed body colour, but i think yours will be on first. i have to get the rims sent off for polishing then spacers then tyres !! cant afford it all yet costing around £180 for spraying, £120 for polishing, £350 for tyres then spacers!!! donations welcome by the way

    good point but i was thinking if i have them body colour they will show up any chips easier? still not sure but got to decide soon!

    like your style albino but cant afford gold bolts thanks again to everyone. i must say i am suprised how many voted to repaint them silver? i have narrowed it down to bodycolour or completely polished as i think silver will be a bit boring on a mystic blue car ? lets have some feedback on going the whole way with the polishing ? cheers

    lol at six and vr6 steve, shrick funny me and tony ALSO had that conversation lol he's a top bloke, hope hes happy with them. well guys at the minute i am leaning towards body colour, ali like the gold bolts idea but cant really afford to do it just yet. what do you guys reckon to polishing the centres? to much ? lets hear more views and a few have already voted for this (polished centres that is) thanks to everyone for there input so far

    ok folks, sold my oz splits so now i can get the schmidt modern lines polished but what shall i do with the centres? my car is metallic blue (mystic i think) i will be getting the rims hand polished but wot about the centres? any ideas welcomed thankyou

    i have checked the amount i paid for them (was from austria, so euro's ) and didnt pay as much as i thought i did ( i bought 2 sets at the same time) i therefore will let them go cheaper! this is true, i could of just lowered the price but i am not trying to make a big profit, i will make £30 only!!, have paypal reciept to prove. anyhow they are now £400 first come first served thanks
