  1. It was Impossible Performance, they're in Rochester, Kent.
  2. Not as yet, but no more than £200. Got to get the prototype made and tested. Was thinking about both a Polished finish and also a Black Powered Coated finish....again price dependant.
  3. You used to be able to get them from Demon Tweeks.......Mocal are the front runners i believe.
  4. No not that bit. From the MAF sensor down. See sample piccie. Basically in your case' date=' from where your BMC attaches. [img']http://www.seatenthusiasts.co.uk/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=12328&stc=1
  5. We'll see It's all to do with cold air supply. How much is a BMC kit £180 odd? Hmmm

  7. Have you got a BMC cannister kit already then?

  9. Hi everyone. I'm currently in the development stages of producing a CAI (Cold Air Intake) System for the VR6. Now, i'm off to speak to a Fabrication company later this afternoon to get the ball rolling. Initial thoughts are either to use Stainless steel or Aluminium tubing with a 3" bore, but this is to be confirmed. I'm going to use my pipercross filter for development purposes but eventually i'm going to look at using a GREEN Cotton filter, which are MAF friendly! Basically, if all goes well with the prototype i'm going to look at producing a CAI kit comprising of: CAI tube Green Cotton Air
  10. To get a cold feed through to the filter. To my knowledge, the carbon filter doesn't actually do a great deal....so i've been told.
  11. Cheers Jon. I only want 1 length of stainless steel pipe, 3" ish...diameter. Will they sell me that d'you reckon? Secondly, reckon they'll put a 90degree bend in it?
  12. Cheers Justin What did you block the pipe with? Do you know of a decent Steel Merchant anywhere in the area??
  13. I may try and do it before then......i have a little something up my sleeve......that's if i can get it made by then I'll keep you posted Cheers for the reply.
  14. Cool. This it just a case of removing the canister?? Do you have to block off the pipes attached to the cannister? [ Edited Mon Jul 05 2004, 11:43AM ]
  15. Pro....huh.......just some bod with a flashy camera.....wouldn't say a pro though!
  16. Any negative effects on removing this??? Easily done??
  17. Ahh mate, gutted for you.......what an arse.
  18. Oh.....it's showtime.......Coolio
  19. The Ibiza was RR's at 206bhp last ime round, it was really lively and not much would touch it to 100mph. It's a completely different drive to the VR. I'm getting used to the VR's power delivery more now. The Ibiza was all go upto 4500k whereas the VR pulls hard to the redline. It's had an AmD remap, so it's very driveable low down too.
