rooneyharper 1
What is under the OEM side skirts when you remove them are there any holes in the body work that need filling ... ???
shail 0
No. The skirt is fitted via 5 or 6 screws underneath the car. once thats off, along with the little platic 'end caps' on teh wheel arch you will see a 1 inch wide strip glued to the car body work. This just pulls off (with care!). I did this the other week with no problems with the paint peeeling at all.

rooneyharper 1
And how do you find the look without the skirts... i want the smooth look but the only thing that i am worried about is unless you have a really low ride height removing the skirts can look a little odd. Could they easily be put back on again ... ???
shail 0
I prefer mine without the skirts. I took mine off as they were cracked and rusting. You can easily but them back on as long as you dont take off the stuck on strip off. Just remove the screws and the end caps, and leave the stuck on strip on and make a descision. Once you take the stuck on strip off it bends and i imagine would be a right pain in the arse to stick back on in the right place.
