FishWick 21
Do any of your chargers sound like this? :- http://media.putfile.com/MOV00576 Just a little concerned as a forum in America is discussing it and they're saying it's shagged bearings. Even brand new ones are doing it. They're describing the noise as a 'coffee grinder'. I've always been told it's gearbox chatter. Mine's made that noise for almost a year and not got any louder.....but that one was send to Vortech where it received new bearings! I'm a bit concerned now ^o)

FishWick 21
I'm not sure Vince knows them well enough yet to be honest. I wasn't set out to scare anyone by the way, just intrigued to see what others are like! I've only got a month of warranty left so I'll get it checked out.
MK2R32 0
The best person to speak to is probably NS Racing if you have any concerns with the V9, because i think they have the biggest links with VF Engineering in the states.Vortex say on their website the V9 is capable of running 20PSI, so i'd say with most of us running less than 10psi, we should get any problems. wayne_1@tiscali.co.uk 27
at rajs today spoke to him about v9 and he said nothing to worry about allsound like that some are slightly quieter than others he also said about the oil we are using aswell as some oils can make the bearings sound louder all depends on the grade and quality of oil but we dont need to worry about anything
