vento vr6 0 Posted April 3, 2006 Report Share Posted April 3, 2006 i cant stop laughing,just got in after a little race a had with my mate and his mk4 1.8t,for a long time now i keep kicking the ass out of mates golf,today he offered me another dual and i obviously took him up on it,over took him as always but not as fast,thought that it was a bit strange but still,i won and thats the main thing,we pulled over and he looked rather pissed off and passed me a piece of paper,it was a receipt for a chip he had put in today,it really did make my day Link to post Share on other sites

vr6madmike 0 Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 Had the same thing up a huge hill on a dual c way there was an artic in front of a mk4 golf gti (redi) and when the atric pulled out of the way the golf pulled off and started slowly pulling away from me until i hit about 3500 rpm and i slowly puled him back in all the way up the hill and over took at (1...)mph he didnt look to pleased and when i backed off to a more sensible speed he just wouldnt overtake me!
