vr6carlo 0 Posted March 9, 2006 Report Share Posted March 9, 2006 hi just wondered i have the corrado vr6 engine and loom, it has the key code box built in, is there any chance i could take it out the loom or what do i do, do i just get another corrado loom and ecu and would it work ????? FishWick 21 Posted March 9, 2006 Report Share Posted March 9, 2006 The ECU needs the immobiliser box or it won't start the engine. Best bet is to get an older ECU and loom that doesn't have the immobiliser. I just taped the key to the transponder coil and shoved it behind the dash when I had the same issue.
