nickbee 1
...Because one of them doesn't fit! It's the one that goes from the bottom of the radiator to the thermo housing.I know Dubloke also had problems, did anyone else? I've spoken to Amber and samco today and no-one seems to know exactly what's going on. I thought I'd try and find out if anyone else is affected before I rang back - it might be easier than sorting it out individually.
binliner 0
I read something on cgti with someone saying the same thing... its a lot too short apparantly!
dubloke 4
nick, i was speaking to a bloke at inters who is sixpot on cgti forum, he had the same problem too, and was very annoyed that samco wouldn't cover the cost of return p&p for their , now looking obvious, mistake! nickbee 1
When I spoke to Samco yesterday, they said we should be dealing with Amber, which seems reasonable. Amber asked for the part no. but I forgot to look last night - d'oh!
dubloke 4
well, we need to sort out who is responsible for what as when i rang amber , they gave me samco's number to contact them! bit of pass the buck going on by any chance?
nickbee 1
Yep. But when something goes wrong with a product it is first and foremost the retailer's responsibility to sort it out because that's who you bought it from. I'll be expecting Amber to dal with it, just as soon as I find out the part number!
