The current prices are, LPG 37.9p, petrol, 89.9.According to the MFA I'm averaging 21 on gas and 26 on petrol. This could easily be improved by I didn't buy a 2.8 V6 to dawdle! I'd also like to state that performance has NOT suffered, it used to with the ealy LPG conversions but not now with the sequential systems if they are set up properly.Down sides? Well, I'm fortunate in that my car is a Vento so I still have a large boot with the gas tank in. My car came with a space saver and as such the spare wheel well is not deep enough to accomodate a donut tank as I had hoped. I dont use a boot much anyway, that's what back seats are for!Overall, if you can afford it it's well worth doing not least for the fact that it prolongs engine life.
