your car will be obd2 .do you mean inlet or exhaust manifold.

the main bit with the 6 bits coming over the front which everyone polishes. sorry to sound blonde

to remove it...

Remove the plug leads and plastic covers

Undo the 7 allen bolts along the front that secure it to the lower manifold

Undo the 2 brackets on the back (one to the left and one to the right of the neck that goes to the TB)

Disconnect the air intake pipe from the throttle body

Clamp and undo the 2 coolant hoses from the TB ( I find it easier to remove the TB as well and undo that once its off the car if need be)

Undo the plug that goes into the TB

I think thats everything undone so lift it off

It's not a major job, should only take a few mins

you also need to disconnect the little breather hose that goes from rocker cover breather to throttle body generally this is connected with a little jubilee clip.

i also remembered overnight theres a little 2 pin plug and the brake servo hose which both need disconnecting from front right hand side ov manifold.
