Best bet is to ring a VR specialist who will give very good advice over the phone and if they're local get to look over your car (much better and far cheaper than a main dealer) - needs to get sorted mate as temps in the vr engine bay can soar. If you're in the south try Storm Developments or The Phirm. If you're in the midlands best place is Stealth Racing. Quite a few others around though that are excellent. richievr 1 Posted December 22, 2005 Report Share Posted December 22, 2005 my suggestion would be to connect a wire direct from the battry to the power terminals on the fan motor..if it spins then you know the fan is working and your problem is something as above - the switch or the thermostat...
