Tubby large "shovels" just won't crack it... there ain't a lot of room to play in there.. and be very careful when refitting the radiator not to damage the fins ir tubing as its very tight and barely clears the inlet manifold... jayvwvr6 0 Posted December 13, 2005 Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 ive done mine,its a long job but easy to do,yes the whole front gotta come of head lights,front cross member,bumper and if you got aircon like me you can not replace the rad without disconecting the aircon,its a pain but just take your time and you should be ok. drewvr6 0 Posted December 16, 2005 Report Share Posted December 16, 2005 ive done it twice from the front ,remove headlights,but you do not need to totally remove bumper and crossmember ,unbolt the bumper and slide it forward, this will allow you to access crossmember bolts slacken these to allow it to slide forward about an inch and that gives you the clearance to remove, refit new rad.
