vr6highline28 0 Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 have got a rear spoiler on my highline which is not an original metallic black painted one - the one on it is the bog standard unpainted grey plastic - without being nieve is it a simple job to spray it in the pearlescent black to get it looking like the original one - or do I need to use any primer on the plastic ??? any help appreciated !!! binliner 0 Posted October 21, 2005 Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 I think the unpainted ones have a slight texture so I'd use a bit coarser grade and then lots of hi-build primer after the plastic primer to get rid of it.
