Seademon 0 Posted September 13, 2005 Report Share Posted September 13, 2005 I wouldnt order patent parts if you want a good fit - patent parts are purposefuly made to not fit spot on as VW dont want people selling parts that will fit as they will lose out when it comes to insurabce work etc - I have heard that Volks Apart are quite good though. purple highline monster 0 Posted September 14, 2005 Report Share Posted September 14, 2005 volks apart have been around a long time, always based in plumpstead, the laws on having scrap yards and loads of stripped out cars everywhere has changed most of the breakers type places now though, all goes to be recycled, how will we keep 25 year old golfs running in the future????? i used to rely on those scrappies places to keep my mk1`s in fine fettle! new genuine stuff is still the best option if you can go a few quid more imo, especially if you get a decent discount Link to post Share on other sites
