anorak 0
Welcome to the world of forced induction chap! You'll be doing well to get over 300bhp from a 2.8 8) What cams have you got, 248s?And what pulley? I found mine ran lean with anything more than 8.5psi so be careful before you get it checked out on the RR!Good job though
Nerih 0
what mileage did you get your tensioners done at?
anorak 0
Mine were done when the engine was rebuilt at 55k.Think that's a bit earlier than they really need looking at though!
Pittuf 0
It does indeed look very tidy.....a good job done there fella
vr6madforit 0
Cams are 268's, not sure what pulley! Tensioners done at 82K. Just had 1000 mile service and replaced the chip which was a run in chip to a second higher stage run in chip, which will then be replaced with a 3rd chip (proper one) after 3000miles. Its just to let the engine settle down to the forced induction and not slam it all in and blow the engine after a couple of thousand miles. Jobs a good un!!!I'm sorting out some benefits and discounts with Storm Developments and will let u know shortly!Check http://www.stormdevelopments.co.ukSorted!
Nerih 0
storm developments supercharger kit is remarkbly similar to vf engineerings kit (even down to the wording on their website). It even uses the same side mount intercooler & giac chip vf uses.....good on them for offering a complete service though, from the looks of things thats where most of us will be going to get our chargers refurbed.
