Nerih 0
have you had you're car remapped with the enlarged tb?
VR6Pete 1,455
You shouldnt need to get the remapped in all honesty, but resetting the ECU should help, you can generally do this by unplugging your ECU or leaving your battery disconnected for around 15 minutes. antera309 3
I fitted a Corrado throttle body onto my 1995 VR engine and had no problems at all. There was no need to re-set the ECU, although I did this later on anyway,It may be that the throttle position sensor on the new TB is duff. Try replacing it with the sensor from your old TB. Easy to do.
coullstar 2
Does this make a difference? Does my highline already have this?
VR6Pete 1,455
All OBD2's are the same mate, regardless of them being a highline or not. the enlarged TB only apply to OBD1's.
antera309 3
Yes, Corrado throttle bodies only fit OBD1 engines.
Nerih 0
tb adaptation is required then. do what pete says.
