Additions needed when changine suspension.

Finally getting my cup kit at the end of the month and in preperatoin I'm going to get a couple of OE bits.

So to confirm whats required when fitting a new kit.

2 x Fnt Top Mounts

2 x Fnt Bearings

2 x Rr Bearings

Plus I'm getting new top nuts.

Anything else?

i'd replace the front strut to hub bolts/nuts and the rear strut to beam bolts/nuts as well.

hi i would recommend fitting stiffer front wishbone rear bushes ,as i found it improved handling and gave better steering feel,i think i paid about

Not sure what is meant by rear bearings? Unless it's for some prototype Golf with rear wheel steering?!

Anyway, you shouldn't need the part numbers, even the most hopeless of VW dealers should know these parts...!

when you say front bearings what do you mean?i just had my vw mechanic do my front suspension top mounts and he didnt say anything about front bearings?where do they go and what they for?

The top mounts consist of two parts - a rubber mount and a bearing unit.
