You need it as far away from the heat as you can really somewhere where there's a nice cold feed into filter Link to post Share on other sites

daveyboy 897 Posted October 27, 2013 Report Share Posted October 27, 2013 Mine's right behind my headlight but I still want to put a cold air feed from the bottom of the bumper up to the filter. when I had my mk4 20v turbo I had the cone right down in the bottom of the bumper. It also had the R32 bumpers so I cut the grille in the bumper so cold air was rammed into the filter lol.
