Big J 283
Has anyone got any super special tips or products for cleaning the rubbers around the rear side windows? Every time I wash the car I get black streaks running down the paintwork and also when it rains. It's almost as though they're crying out to be sealed up and treated with something...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

Big J 283
Yep, been down that route, working for a haulage company gives me access to hot power wash and TFR on tap. They still streak! Guess it's just a mk3 quirk!
Lukey. 381
Mine do streak after a wash and wax but its always excess powder residue from said cleaning, after a few rain storms its all gone again and doesn't do it.

Big J 283
I have heard good stuff about g101, I'll try and get hold if some from work, I know they used to use it for cleaning up alloys on the wagons, so hopefully there may be some kicking around the workshop. I'll have a look, anything to give the service paperwork a swerve for 10 mins lolSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
andymk312v 15
Aye its good stuff. Dilute it down about 6 parts water to one g101. I spray it on before snowfoam and works wonders.
