paceo 22
as title, ive made up and replaced all of my metal brake lines with copper and ran the system dry of brake fluid, bled the brake system three times but its still a very soft pedal, so do I need to use vag com to bleed the system I guess? Therusterman 59
Good question, i've recently bled my brakes and they still feel spongy. I have read in some places the abs pump needs to be cycled to properly bleed the system. Anyone able to clarify this?
Lukey. 381
It can be that you need to purge the abs pump yes if you have compromised the integrity of the system. To do this any way other than cycling the pump by slamming in in a gravel bowl would be to use VCDS
