VRmonster 1 Posted March 15, 2005 Report Share Posted March 15, 2005 anyone got it yet? ive been playing on this for the PS2 for 2 days now, and its odd. the driving styles are so realistic, and all of the cars handle 'REAL' its unbelievable. ive also got myself an R32. but it just so happens to be the HPA motorsports sponsored Bi-Turbo one, lol. 500+ HP. crazy. next on the to buy list is the mk5 gti. one thing i have noticed is that FWD cars are horrid to drive, its like real life. the thing is, all of the golfs handle superbly, i think VW payed towards the design of the game and said, make the golfs handle great in return. lol. ive now got to pry myself away from GT4 to work on my car, i also throw the bugger around corners as if im on a track now too. ha ha. Sounds great fun- trying to get my brother to buy the game - desperately want a burn round the 'ring in a tuned up R32 - i suppose its better than dreaming ....... Just can't stop trying to beat my own times on the Nurburg Ring. Down to 6.23.542 now in the Opel Astra Touring Car, which I think is worryingly one of the best cars on the game. SWFC 0 Posted March 16, 2005 Report Share Posted March 16, 2005 I have had gt4 for one day and it is excellent. I transfered 100,000 from gt3 and bought the HPA R32. That B-spec thing is pretty cool too. I was hoping to find a VR6 in the second hand section. It says in the manual that the cars in the second hand bit change as the game goes on, so there is hope yet!! Link to post Share on other sites

Eat this 2 Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 iv already posted a gt4 thread guys its awesome the first car i bought was a 2nd hand non turbo skyline then i saved up and bought an r32 (ps i soooo want 1) the ring is bloody scary iv only done 1 lap without comin off and that was the evil license test that took bloody ages lol i did get a silver though my fav car is my 520 bhp + nitrous monaro with tc off GREAT FUN!!! followed by my 740 bhp + nitrous chevvy chevette!!!! iv got 3 pages of cars atm and only 2 japs hehe Link to post Share on other sites
Seademon 0 Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 Me and a few mates have made up a ring challenge to see who can do the fastest lap of the ring using the Escort Cosworth rally Car with no aids like traction control etc & on medium tyres so far Im quickest with a laptime of 7.48.813 - takes some practice to get a lap time like that! Im so caught up trying to get the fastest time round the ring the only car I've bought is an R32 Skyline & done the begginer races and licenses - Gonna try and get the R32 Golf this weekend - You can probably tell that I like the game I cant wait to get some faster cars - they all handle like the real thing! When you lose control you can just imagine what it'd be like in the car when your losing it 8) Link to post Share on other sites
