-scan of the log book where it states 'highline' (i know some may not be comfortable with this, but all details will be hidden)

-pic of a/c controls (none-climatronic aircon)

-pic of black a/b/c pillars

-pic of wooden gearknob

-pic of raised rear console

-pic of inscripted sill protectors

-pic of sill (where skirt would normally be)

Not owned a VR6 for a while, wasn't aware of all the differences...

surely your highline has aircon? or does it have climate control?

I'm sure it had climatronic, will check tomo...didn't notice the console, lack of sills, or black pillars.....

Ref the logbook, this (free) check also might help confirm if ur is looking at / own a highline:

Andy I can sort out some pics of all the major place where you find rust on the VR's seeing mine has rust everywhere where its likely to appear and I have rather large areas of rust to put in the pics ;-)

I'll also sort the log book scan out for you
