hilla 0
while trying to replace a stripped stud with a new one, i broke the new one off, flush in the cylinder, im sure it was poor quality. So i tried drilling it out but just made a bigger mess. I then put the manifolds back, at least the bugger aint leaking, lucky me, but this is still bugging me. Is this going to be a problem, im thinking of doing a modification just to make sure it is sealed. I have cut a strip of flat bar steel, drilled 2 holes in it, then fastened it on the right mani to the left mani, with a washer applying pressure to the part where thier is no stud, works hundred percent, but dont know for how long. cbmotorsport 0
if its not leaking, then it wont be to much of a problem for now, but i would advise getting it sorted asap\!

oldmandon 1
Try using a stud extractor, not the type that grips a bit of stud sticking out, but one that looks like a drill bit.....
