bethslad 1
Hello all, has anyone had any problems with venom motorsport? i ordered a set of rear lights for my Mrs' passat on the 14th of Sep and still havnt received them, I've e mailed them on several occasions and had no reply and when I've phoned them they tell me they are waiting for them to arrive into stock which is fair enough but surely it can't take this long to get more stock in from the supplier! anyway just thought id see if anyone else has had problems with them in the past. i mean I've had parts for my vr from them in the past and thought they were pretty good but god knows what's happening with the lights for the passat :-(

Rustyman 0
They do opperate out of a small industrial unit i once had to drive there to collect new headlights.. it's only a 3 man operation not even a proper sales room or shop there's always prodcuts boxed up it's more like a mini warehouse they prob can't get stuff from germany as lots parts of theirs come from there... communication never seams their strong point but hang in there with them !!! dubbed_up_daz 8
I waited 5 months on a pair of recaro's and some other stuff from venom then waited a day and a half for the corrados coils As said theyve got certain distribution rights for a lot of euro companies but buy in in bulk so if what your wantings not in stock your in bother. Also just because they 'say' its in stock it sometimes isnt. If possible I get them to locate the stuff while im on the phone and at my most annoyed with them I even asked the guy on the phone to tap the phone off the casing so I coult trust it was physically there.... J5KE F 0
Graham had a long wait for his rado lights but did get them!He also sent them back and did get his refund!I honestly believe they are a smaller outfit and manage to keep end user costs down by no having a huge stock overhead. Unfortunately the down point is delivery times would be dependant on maximising order transactions. Were in the same boat with our business!I would suggest as daz has said, get them to check stock by phone and ask for an honest estimation for delivery times..
Rustyman 0
Not knocking them at all... i must say though some great driving roads to reach them so if ever you want a blast to get parts ... it prob is quicker !!
Ian_rogers 0
They do lack comm skills a fair bit, I ordered adaptors last year, waited and waited n nothing came, rang them in the end to be told I put a digit from from my card when I ordered, rather than phone or email to tell me tho they didnt! I even had a confirmation email sayin all was good!
bethslad 1
Don't get me wrong im not knocking them, as i said I've had stuff from them for the vr and its always arrived just thought it a bit strange when i never got the lights but then again i didn't realise they were a small outfit, will do what you have suggested though.thanks muchly :-)
