psilosimon 8
Decided to have a bash at sorting out the rear windows on my eyeliner. It's that crappy plastic bit that the wire cable sits into has knackered. I think first I may try Araldite (other glues are available), but it's that weird teflon plastic so I'm not planning on too much success with that. I looked at a link that shows new clips are available. Can you get them for a mk3?Anyone out there got any better ideas, or even a spare mech or two? Doesn't have to have a motor.Si

psilosimon 8
Its the metal clamp the grips the underside of the glass and slots onto the runner via a flimsy plastic clip. Mine un-popped with ease because the clip has broken. I don't know if its as simple to remove normally. I need both sides/ rear.

psilosimon 8
Status update, Managed to araldite the offending knackered plastic bit on the runner that holds the cable nugget. ran a cable tie through the hole around the cable and secured it with an inch long piece of bicycle spoke. works a treat, total repair cost £3.99.
