dunckers 0 Posted May 31, 2011 Report Share Posted May 31, 2011 hi all , just signed up and was woundering if some one may b able to shed some light on my prob went off last week end and hit a speed bump a little to fast shall we say! didnt seem to be any probs,then parked up 4 the day and went off canoing and got key fob wet .thought this might be a prop when returning to the car ,but no started up fine went home and left the car 4 ashort while , on return to car about a hour later the car wouldent start .left car over night and dryed key fob out started fine in morning ; but later would not start again then all fine after time this is getting a tad boring . just woundered if anybody mite b able to give me a few pointers thanks Link to post Share on other sites

Gazbarber1982 3 Posted May 31, 2011 Report Share Posted May 31, 2011 If it's a standard immobiliser it would show up. Lambda wouldn't stop it starting but fuel pump would. Get it plugged into vagcom just to be sure! Link to post Share on other sites
