Going to put some loweing springs on and had decided to go for the Eibachs but then H&R's have been suggested to me.

Anybody got any opinion on which I should go for?

Both say they drop by approx 30mm

Both are about the £130 ish mark (give or take £10) the H&R usually seem a bit more then the Eibach.

ive got some h&r srings you can buy ! they came with the car when i bought it in august and they were brand new and in the box , i fitted them and my front shocks decided to give in so i ended up buying some springs and shocks off geast . they were on the car for six weeks so are still like new . it says there 35mm drop but when i measured car before/after it had been lowered by 60mm . email me if your interested and make me an offer !

I haven't tried H&R springs but can say that in my experience the Eibachs are harsh for everyday driving. They did improve the handling no end but only at the expense of ride quality. Its always a balancing act but I've heard a lot of people say that the H&R are a better compromise.
