VR6Nat 9 Posted January 20, 2011 Report Share Posted January 20, 2011 For those of you that dont know, i lost my beautiful 51 year old mum to cancer in september 2009, the one last thing she asked me and my sister to do was to run the Race for Life in her honour. I completed it last year and raised £506... and this is what i would like to do again this year... basically its a 5k run, all women entering.. i plan on starting my training after the weekend so should be fighting fit by then and will jog the whole way... even if i have to drag my sister round, we did half walking and half jogging last year, but this year i want to do one step better! I have set up a fundraising page and if any of you feel like showing some support and giving me anything you can manage, no matter how large or small, I will be really really grateful.
