do you mean coilovers? The advantage of having them (if you get decent ones) is a big reduction in body roll and thus far better handling... not to mention being to set the ride height as low as you can! The ride will be firmer than the standard set up but you can buy damping adjustable coilovers to set the ride as hard or soft as you want

Round here we dont have many places that sell them. so im a bit limited for choice. How would know if they are damping adjustable. The guy just says its imported and has no name or anything on the box

hmmm I wouldnt buy anything like that without knowing what make/model it is.... how do you know its even for a mk3 VR6?

If they are damping adjustable they usually have a knob on the top (or a seperate one that you put on the top) of the shock and turn one way for hard the other for soft

why dont you take part in the group buy on coilovers by fk currently in the stages of set-up on this very site! cheapest are around the 370 mark which is superb value! dont need adjustable damping tbh unless u wanna run it really really low, (eh simon!) or like really really stiff suspension!
