golf mk3 vr6 how to remove washer jet on bonnet

As per title i have heated washer jets, found broken wire have connected all back together but still not working, tried to remove jet from bonnet but am having a nightmare pushed and pulled every which way but cant get it off please help if anyone knows, god knows why they wont heat up either !!

I thought there was a nut you undid from under the bonnet then it just pops out.

mine pulled out but be extra careful as the paint peeled back when i took mine out

Open the bonnet, look at the bottom of the jet (from inside the engine bay), remove the pipe, there is a 'tab' that needs to be pressed into the jet, then push (sort of roll it out) that side of the jet through first the it should be free.
