robvr6 0 Posted January 25, 2005 Author Report Share Posted January 25, 2005 they both look like lovely dubs rob.....very nice indeed......i noticed you said on another thread your running 280's on the mk2......how do you find them compared to the 256's as i'm thinking of going down the same route myself didn't have 256, had 239 as it's an 8v, and the difference is absolutley unbelievable,there is no comparison, you can stop very quickly and safely at any speed,loads better than than the vr's probably due to the extra weight in the vr,the worrying thing is if something behind you hasn't got the same stopping ability,if you do it change the master cylinder as when i first did it the pedal was nearly on the floor so put a 22mm on and all was well, Link to post Share on other sites
