Coilovers or shocks

I just wanted to know which is best the coilovers or sports shocks, i have been reading a few threads on this but i cant make my mind up.

So i was wondering if you8 guys could tell whats the best option is

i would always say coilovers personally, they are adjustable so you can go higher and lower and change the damping to suit you and your driving (if you get a fully adjustable set) ive found it to be very handy and wouldnt have anything less. :)

I was just going to go for the non adjustable dampners (cheaper) are these types good enough

they are all fairly good, it depends what you are looking for... i run gaz gha fully adjustable coilovers (500 odd quid) and i love them, however i know a few people to run the £160 ebay special coilovers with no issues, but you have to deal with the ride (which isnt too bad actually)

The only ones i know to stay clear of are fk as i have heard of more than a few sets either seizing up or leaking after a couple of years.

If you're not fussy about the ride then go with the cheaper options, if you are a hard driver and like a car set up how you want it then put the money into it and get yourself a higher end set. :)
