jonnyedinburgh 0
Please advise where I can get a jumper for the OBD port so I can see fault codes using the 'blink' method on the dash dishplay.... checked with main dealer monkeys who didn't have a clue what I was on about... checked Bentley manual which instructs how to perform task but being a Yank manual it doesn't advise where I can get a proper 'jumper'. Anyone else done this to read fault codes?cheers
jcorallo 0
a Jumper is just a piece of wire used to bridge two electrical terminals - so any old wire will do.You should know however, that the blink code method wont work on a UK spec OBD1's - we dont have the "Check Engine" light in the dash - so there is nothing to blink! :@Jules [ Edited Tue Jan 18 2005, 04:12PM ]
