Head gasket change on a 4motion

I've used the search engine, google and other forums but can't find a guide for replacing the head gasket on a mk4 4motion. Any help or links would help. It is some research for the winter when i'll be fitting a head spacer in preperation for going F/I....

Should do, says it covers all models, from those years. For the £15 odd its worth every penny i think, not bad at all.
