STD VR6 Conrods and 350Whp

HI Guys up to what HP can I still use my std rods and when do I start using ARPRod bolts

I have read some where that the std rods can handle 380Whp easy is this true??

And the 2nd question is what after market Conrods do I then buy ?

standard is fine til 500+ ft of torque, get them peened (strenghtened) ,not to expensive to have done. 380@ wheel is no problem. yes,use ARP`s. do compression test before you start anything, replace all wear n tear parts,

Like above. Did 2 years with 20 psi all day long on stock engine with 8.5:1 C2 headspacer. No engine issues, what so ever. C2 software.

Are you using a head spacer for lowering compression or what is the trick ? also fuel mix must be good then

yes most use head spacers and yes the management is everything.. C2 do great maps and a lot of people are very happy with them... and the rolling road is a must to be honest.. to get everything running correctly...

power as per sig, only got ARP HEADBOLTS, c2 uk management + supporting mods , only running a spacer plate . now at 185000 miles on orig engine

When I click on the C2 of everyone I get directed to a page all I

can make out C2 Motorsport UK but no contact details

Help want to find out about a spacer plate

When using a spacer plate do you use a head gasket either side or no head gasket just the spacer plate
